Join the parents’ support group to learn how to nurture positive food and body relationships at home—a supportive experience for parents ready to cultivate intuitive eating habits in their families.

Create a Nourishing Food Culture at Home

As a parent, you want to guide your children toward a healthy, confident relationship with food. But with conflicting messages about diets, nutrition, and body image, it’s hard to know where to start.

That’s why I’ve created this weekly parent’s group on disordered eating and intuitive eating. Together, we’ll explore practical tools, strategies, and guided conversations to support your family’s journey toward intuitive eating.

What We Cover

  • Helping selective eaters expand their choices without pressure.

  • Managing food refusals and constant requests for preferred foods.

  • Making sweets “neutral” and not a forbidden or special “treat”.

  • Modeling positive self-talk about food and bodies.

  • Responding to diet culture messages from family, schools, and media.

  • Navigating athletics and nutrition with intuitive eating principles

  • And more…
